I start with writings and drawings to make a storyboard, and later it often continues to another discipline. I use my own body in my works and understand it as a landscape, an extension from land perhaps. Through performance, I map the negative space between myself and other bodies. I place myself in a non-physical space between my identity and a reflection of my identity to make transitional monuments: a collection of memories without a land.
I focus on temporary gestures within the intermediate space between the bodies and raise questions on identities of the gestures and how it ultimately changes the shape of names.
